Milk Throw Up

This is how my morning went.

Me: I get up put dishes in the sink. See this...

Me: "Bella why are these
baby dolls
in a glass of water in the sink?"

Bella: "Because they need to wash off."

Me: "Why?"

Bella: "Because they took a milk bath.
And they smelled like milk
throw up."
(not sure what milk throw up is,
but I am thinking it is just sour milk...
since those little girls were sitting in
their milk bath overnight)

Me: "Interesting.
"Where is the milk throw up?"
(I find the cup that had the milk in it.
And it does indeed smell like milk throw up.)

Bella: "One of my baby dolls is taking
an orange juice bath."

Me: I walk to her play kitchen
and see that in fact one of her
dolls is taking an orange juice bath.

Huh?

Things Bella says that make you go, huh?!

enjoy.

"Mom, come here I have energy."
what she means (brace yourself)
Mom, come here I have diarrhea.
Yes, she calls diarrhea "energy poop"

"Oh, look at the Granola."
Meaning...
Oh, look at the Gorilla.

"I can't wait to play baseball."
Meaning...
I can't wait to play soccer.
She always calls it baseball

"I have to tell you a surprise."
Meaning...
I have to tell you a secret.

"Will you do me a favorite?"
Meaning...
Will you do me a favor?

"Isn't that a great Idid?"
Meaning...
Isn't that a great idea?

"I want to watch the funniest movies."
Meaning...
I want to watch America' Funniest Videos.

The Ladybug

I was looking all over the house for the money I had to pay the babysitter from last night.
I asked Bella if she had seen it, she replied,
"Oh, it's in my piggy bank."
I walked into the kitchen where she has decided that the piggy bank will resides
~ I guess for convenience sake~
~you know easy access when you find a dime in the couch cushion~
only to find over 30 dollars in the ladybug piggy bank.
If my father-in-law were reading this right now,
which I know he is not because he is not fond of computers,
he would be kindly thinking ' you dipstick, leaving cash just laying around the house'.
That is what he calls me in jest when I lose things because of my own irresponsibility.
I do have to admit I have a bad habit of not keeping up with
keys, cash, credit cards, debit cards, licenses, and my tweezers.
Some might be thinking why don't you get a purse.
My answer is I don't like carrying a purse. Never have.
I don't like anything constricting.
Needless to say, I decided to leave the money in her
bank except for the money I needed to pay the babysitter.
She told me she was saving up for a Big Red.

Feel The Vibrations

Lately every time I have vacuumed sweet Rowan will come in the room and will lay flat on his face on the carpet. So cute. Not sure why he does it? Is he listening for something?
As I recall when he was a newborn I remember anytime he was fussing all I would have to do was to turn on the vacuum and/ or blow dryer and he would stop. huh.

Bend It Like Bella

(I love this face... the is right after she made a goal.. she was so happy)

Today was Bella's first day of soccer practice.
Brett has been wanting her to try out soccer since she was born.
So here we are... first day of soccer.
She really did great.
Every parent says that huh?!

She didn't seem to get too into it at first,
but once dad showed up she really stepped it up.

Every time she scored a goal she would run over and give
Biggy B and Rowan a hug... then run off.
Not sure why I didn't get a hug.

Look closely at what Rowan is doing.
Yes, he is biting Brett's shoulder.
Shheesh.
