I Think She Likes Them...

I got these guys for Bella yesterday.

She said, " I love them.
They are so so cute, and have diamonds on them!"

I went to wake her up this morning,
and she still had them on.

A Little Camping Fun...

This past weekend went on a family
camping trip to Reynolds Creek Park.
We had a great time! The weather was really nice.

The first night...

The second night...
The cousins came to visit!

We took a little boat ride.

Grandma took the kids on a bear hunt.

If You Can't Sleep In Your Parent's Bed...

Sleep at the top of the stairs.

Last night before I went to bed I glance up the stairs and saw this.

Huh.
Then I remembered that I had been seeing that pillow
in the hallway, and wondering how it got there.
The mystery is now solved.

I asked Bella this morning why she was sleeping at the top of the stairs and she said,
"Just cause I was."
Then I repeated, "But why?"
She again said, "Just cause I was."
I gave up.

The Birthday

Little Rowan Butler is ONE!!
I can't believe it!
I am sad that his newbie stage is coming to a close,
but man I love one year olds!!
I am looking forward to this next year.
So we decided that "RowBut" would have a Robot party.
My family is really into card making.
So, I decided to jump on the bandwagon and make Rowan's invite.
Both of my Aunt's and Uncle's came from out of town!
I was so blessed to have them there.

Here is a pic of the Robot Cake...

The older kids made Robots...

And Rowbut just enjoyed devouring his cake...

Then of coarse playing with his presents later.

My sweet friend, Mary Kay, made his adorable Robot shirt.
She is so talented.
Thanks Aunt Mikey!

Ouchy

So Friday, September 26th (the day before his 1st birthday),
little RB fell off his big sister's bed.
I was in the room when it occurred
I just thought since she had bed rails he was fine on the bed...
well, the bed rail wasn't pushed up enough to the headboard.
Sad. I should have been watching more carefully.
I took him to see the doc.
(which is such an amazing doc. I am so thankful for him)
We did some x-rays... and when I say we...
I was also x-rayed only because I was holding his little bitty arm down.
It showed that he had a buckle fracture.
You may be wondering what is a buckle fracture?!?
Well, a torus fracture, or buckle fracture,
is when one side of the bone buckles upon itself without disrupting the other side;
this is also know as an incomplete fracture.
He has no cast, just an ace bandage for two weeks.
We will have another x-ray next week.
Please pray for complete healing and no pain.
Since he hurt it we have been called out of church to get him,
and I had to get him early from Mother's Day Out because he was fussy.
I think it aches. I hate that. :(
