There's A Party in my Tummy!

No, I'm not pregnant- it's a song.
Rowan turned TWO!
We had a Yo Gabba Gabba Party.
I love looking at other kiddo's birthday party's
for ideas,
so I thought I share some of the ones I used.
I wish I could take credit for making all this stuff up,
but to be honest I just copy ideas from other people.
Here is the website I used...
http://www.gabbafriends.com/
I have a new found (deeper) passion for crafts.
I was kinda sad when I didn't have a craft project
to do the morning after the birthday.
I guess I could start working on my scrapbook again,
since I am almost a year behind.

Here is Rowan's invitation.
My sweet friend, Carol,
helped by superimposing Rowan's face.

I didn't make the cookies,
I ordered them from a local cookie lady.
She did a wonderful job!

Inside those Mudo party favors was a car,
playdo, stickers, candy, and a little random toy.
The tall ones were glowsticks.

I got Rowan and Bella's shirt of ETSY,
but painted miss Jane's onesie.

Biggy B doubled as our special guest,
DJ Lance.

My sister even made it to the party from Colorado.
Here is Rowan talking to her via Skype. :)

I got these poster guys off ETSY.
Bella looks super happy.

There he is, my little Mister.

He is such a joyful little guy.
Such a little lover.
He brings so much life to our family!
When I was pregnant with Rowan,
and even before I knew
he was going to be a boy,
I was praying for him and felt like the
Lord gave me a picture in my prayer.
The picture was of a boy, well really a man,
fighting in the army.
But it wasn't your normal army,
but I felt like the Lord
laid it on my heart that he would be a
solider in His Army.

As I have prayed for him
throughout his two years...
I have gotten deeper revelation
of what that picture meant,
and have felt led to pray over him
2 Timothy 2:3-4
And that is that he would stand firm in the
"Lord's Army" and that he would not
get involved in civilian affairs,
but that He would be a man who wants to
please his commanding officer.

The world fights for our attention,
and there are so many temptations,
but my prayer is that Rowan would be a
man that didn't get involved
in those affairs of the heart,
but that the Lord will have is heart!!
AMEN!
If you know Rowan and you
feel led to partner with me
in this prayer for his life,
I would be humbled and so grateful.

Happy Birthday little guy!
