Saturday

I am an updating fool these days.
-
Saturday we made Gingerbread Houses at the
Junior League Gift Market.
Bella loved it.
Rowan did too. Since all he did was shovel candy
into his mouth as quickly as possible.
While Biggy B proceeded to see how much candy
he could pile up onto Rowan's gingerbread
house before the roof caved in.
Which it did eventually.
I was glad that they had the market early this year,
because it seems to make the
holiday season go by slower...
that is, starting it earlier.

But Jane you are too little for a peppermint.

After that we took the kids to an old Waco classic...

Poppa Rollo's

On the way home we drove by the
lake to see the beautiful sunset.
I guess now having three kids
we can only eat dinner out,
if we do it before the sunsets.
Brett told me I was a dork for taking this picture.
But it was a beautiful site.
Waco has such beautiful sunsets.

Lastly, Bella wanted to have a slumber party.
AKA- tea and cinnamon toast before bed.
She got the idea from spending
the night at grandma's house.
So, that is was we did.
Then we watched a kid movie.
Brett rented an interactive kid movie.
You know one where you can
pick the paths of the cartoon characters
with the arrows on your remote.
Sounds fun, unless you don't have a
remote for your DVD player.

You are SO not a dork for taking that picture! I don't think I've ever seen a sunset that pretty!! I loved hearing about your slumber party too!
