I couldn't get motivated to do a
big shindig for Lela's first birthday.
However, I was sad at the
thought of not celebrating her.
So at church one day I was thinking about
what to do for her, and I got the idea
to have a brunch and afterwards
spending a few minutes praying for
her. I loved it. It was perfect.
So thankful for Lela
and for the village of women around
her to help me raise her.
